Our commitment
Medplaza, Inc. is committed to making medplaza.com usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. WCAG defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with a range of disabilities, including auditory, cognitive, neurological, physical, speech, and visual impairments.
Testing methodology
As part of our ongoing accessibility work, we plan to verify the Site using a combination of:
- Automated checks using axe-core during development.
- Manual keyboard-only navigation testing.
- Screen reader testing across major assistive technologies (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver).
- Color-contrast and zoom-reflow verification.
Accessibility testing is aspirational at the time of this statement and is part of the foundation we are actively building. We will update this page as our verification coverage expands.
An ongoing effort
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We continue to review the Site as content and code evolve, and we incorporate accessibility feedback into our normal development cycle. We expect to identify and fix issues over time, and we welcome reports from users who encounter barriers.
Known limitations
We are not currently tracking any specific known limitations. As we conduct further audits, identified issues and their remediation status will be listed in this section.
Third-party content and project subpages
Some pages on the Site describe example client projects Medplaza has been involved with. Those platforms are separately owned and operated, with their own user interfaces and accessibility profiles. Project subpages on the Site are informational and may change as those projects evolve. The accessibility of the platforms themselves is addressed within each platform’s own documentation and support channels.
